Job Description:
Softobiz Technologies is in search of a dynamic and experienced Senior Marketing Manager to lead our Digital Strategy and Brand Management efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for shaping and executing digital marketing initiatives, overseeing PR activities, managing performance marketing campaigns, and maintaining a strong social media presence across various channels.
Responsibilities:
· Digital Marketing Strategy:
o Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies aligned with company objectives.
o Identify opportunities for growth and optimization across all digital channels.
o Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to ensure a competitive edge.
· PR Management:
o Cultivate relationships with media outlets, influencers, and industry partners.
o Craft compelling PR campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation.
o Monitor media coverage and manage crisis communications when necessary.
· Performance Marketing Execution:
o Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of performance marketing campaigns.
o Drive targeted traffic and lead generation through channels such as Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
o Analyze campaign performance metrics to adjust strategies and maximize ROI.
· Social Media Management:
o Oversee the company's social media profiles on various platforms, including but not limited to LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
o Develop engaging content calendars and coordinate content creation efforts.
o Monitor social media engagement and respond to inquiries and comments in a timely manner.
Qualifications:
· Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field. Master's degree preferred.
· Minimum 8 years of experience in digital marketing, PR, and performance marketing roles.
· Proven track record of success in developing and executing digital marketing strategies.
· Strong understanding of PR principles and experience managing media relations.
· Expertise in performance marketing platforms and tools, with a focus on driving measurable results.
· Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively across teams.
