Head - Enterprise Sales
Blowhorn is looking for a high-performing Head - Enterprise Sales to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative.
- You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans and justifying those plans to the upper management.
- The Enterprise Sales Head will ensure that Blowhorn maintains and expands its outstanding position in the market.
- As a result of the individual's years of experience in our industry he/she knows how we can grow profitably and can use this to define ambitious but realistic targets and strategies for increasing sales.
- The individual will act as the interface between the sales team and the senior management to implement the sales strategy in line with targets. We operate in a "get s- t done" environment where the goal is always to execute and implement. While doing all of this, you will not forget to have fun!
Job Responsibilities:
- Will drive the Enterprise sales business in all cities that we operate in
- Should build a solid ENT sales pipeline to achieve the revenue targets
- Handling all 5 cities and new cities added and liaison with all cities to work on daily numbers.
- Hiring and building the Enterprise team in all cities in coordination with City Managers
- Should ensure 100% collection within the credit limit and follow up on outstanding payments as well.
- Travel to other cities as required
- Achieve monthly numbers assigned to him
- Responsible for analyzing customer potential and competitors, determining growth strategies and defining customer target groups.
- Should ensure CRM tools are used effectively and updated on a regular basis.
- Responsible for presenting our products and services to existing and potential customers.
- The individual will manage, advise and support all local sales teams in order to scale up.
Requisites:
- Minimum Graduate/PG in any discipline from a recognized university
- Minimum 8-10 years of professional experience handling a team of 15-20 members
- Solid sales experience; preferably in B2B.
- Additional exposure to the courier, trucking and logistics industry will be a great benefit.
- Prior experience in handling CRM tools
- Powers of persuasion, diplomatic panache, excellent communication skills and outstanding on closing deals;
- Outstanding analytical faculties and an affinity for numbers;
- Ability to deal with conflicts and a solution-oriented approach to work
