Job Description:


We are currently seeking a highly skilled and motivated Manager/Sr. Manager/DGM - Enterprise Sales to join our dynamic team. This position is pivotal in driving revenue generation through strategic Enterprise Sales efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in media Ad sales with strong client relationship management skills and a proven track record of exceeding sales targets.


Key Responsibilities:


1. Revenue Generation:


- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to drive revenue growth and achieve sales targets.


- Identify new business opportunities and markets to expand the company's client base.


- Build and nurture long-term relationships with key clients to maximize revenue opportunities.


2. Media Sales:


- Lead the sales process for advertising space across various mediums, including cinema, print, Broadcast, digital, and outdoor.


- Conceptualize and present innovative advertising solutions tailored to meet the needs of corporate clients and retail businesses.


3. Liaising with Corporate Clients & Retail Businesses:


- Act as the primary point of contact for corporate clients and retail businesses, understanding their advertising objectives and requirements.


- Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized advertising campaigns that align with client goals and objectives.


- Proactively address client inquiries, concerns, and feedback to ensure high levels of satisfaction and retention.


4. End-to-End Client Servicing:


- Oversee the entire client servicing process, from initial contact to campaign execution and beyond.


- Develop comprehensive proposals and pitch decks to effectively communicate advertising concepts and solutions to clients.


- Ensure seamless execution of advertising campaigns, tracking campaign performance, and providing regular updates to clients.


5. Pitch Deck Designing, Campaign Tracking & Presentation:


- Create visually compelling pitch decks and presentations to showcase advertising opportunities and campaign results.


- Utilize campaign tracking and analysis tools to monitor the performance of advertising campaigns and provide actionable insights to clients.


- Deliver engaging presentations to clients, highlighting campaign successes and recommending strategies for future optimization.


6. Timely Collections:


- Proactively follow up on outstanding invoices and resolve any billing discrepancies or issues.


- Maintain accurate records of client payments and communicate effectively with finance teams to ensure smooth billing processes.


Qualifications and Skills:


- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.


- Minimum of 6 years of experience in Enterprise Sales, with a focus on media ad sales.


- Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets in a competitive sales environment.


- Strong negotiation and communication skills


- Excellent presentation skills


- Highly organized and detail-oriented
