ROLE/RESPONSIBILITY - BD Manager (KA):
- Research and map new Key Accounts to acquire and generate business in the Hospitality/Airlines/ Museums/Government sectors and key Architects/Interior Design
firms Hospitality, Institutional and large scale government projects. (Key Accounts)
- Create formats for tie-ups, engage, map their business scope through research. Map client departments, decision makers, type of work, geography and spread, influencers,
touch points, etc
- Generate ongoing projects and design business enquiries through Key Accounts building.
- Initiate and build strong customer relationships through key account mapping.
- Create an action plan to attend important networking events, business trips for the year.
- To uphold and build the business values, philosophy and culture in alignment with management goals.
- Build the Baaya brand with key inputs to the marketing team, to position and retain Baaya as a spatial design partner of choice, creates engagement with KA customers, and builds customer relationships as required.
