- Conduct in-depth analysis of social media campaigns to assess their performance and effectiveness.
- Monitor social media platforms, trends, and industry best practices to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.
- Generate reports and provide regular updates on social media metrics, including engagement rates, reach, impressions, click-through rates, and conversion rates.
- Analyze customer behavior and social media trends to identify target audience segments and develop strategies to engage and attract them.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop social media strategies that align with overall marketing goals and objectives.
- Identify and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of social media campaigns.
- Utilize social Media Analytics tools to gather insights and provide recommendations for optimizing content, targeting, and ad spend.
- Stay up-to-date with social media algorithms, platform updates, and emerging trends to ensure the effectiveness of social media strategies.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify areas of opportunity and enhance social media presence.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including content creators, designers, and developers, to ensure cohesive and impactful social media campaigns.
