Associate Principal Consultant (Enterprise Sales)
About Client: Our client is a leading Insurtech Startup that caters through their employee insurance and health benefits platform, operating as a B2B player in this domain-focused on making health insurance simple, accessible & inclusive for modern organizations. Backed by leading global investors including Tiger Global and Sequoia Capital. They are looking for an experienced Enterprise Sales lead to capitalize on the huge demand for their product and catapulting them from startup to scaleup stage. Someone who can take ownership of the sales cycle from lead generation through to closing the deal. Articulate presenter capable of presenting to C suite executives and strategic planners who would be ready to take on challenges. Who has successfully sold GMC to large enterprises performing from day one owning and delivering his sales quota.This role needs you to operate out of their office at Bangalore, 5 days/week.

About the Role:
- Having found exceptional product/market fit, we're in the midst of transitioning from 'start-up' to 'scale-up', and are looking for a rockstar Sales Lead to capitalize on the huge demand for our product.
- We are looking for passionate entrepreneurs, builders, and straight-up hustlers to help us build something special. We're looking for outstanding tech salespeople who have consistently hit target and thrive in taking full ownership of the sales cycle, from lead generation through to closing. You'll be an articulate presenter and a strategic planner but above all, dynamic and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities:
- Own and deliver sales quota
- Sell "Product to " to CHROs, CFOs, CEOs & senior executives in customer meetings
- Negotiate commercials with both customers and insurers
- Generate, manage and forecast a sales pipeline on your own
- Proactively source new leads
Requirement:
- At least 4 years of experience selling GMC to enterprise customers (500+ employees) at an insurance broking organization
- Highly ambitious to learn & grow
- Commitment to build the company for the long term
