Job Description

Primary Responsibilities:

• Lead network security governance initiatives, ensuring alignment with industry best practices and compliance standards.
• Collaborate with the architecture team to review and optimize network security designs, particularly related to Zscaler, Cisco, and Palo Alto technologies.
• Conduct regular firewall ruleset reviews using FireMon to identify security policy gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Perform configuration reviews of network security devices, including Palo Alto Networks security appliances.
• Monitor network traffic for suspicious activity and potential security threats.
• Develop and maintain network security policies, procedures, and standards.
• Provide expert guidance on security best practices to prevent vulnerabilities and breaches.
• Keep up-to-date with the latest cybersecurity threats and trends.
• Assist in security audits and assessments, providing insights into architecture, configuration and change management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 7 years of experience in network security governance and architecture, with a strong focus on Zscaler, FireMon, Cisco, and Palo Alto technologies.
• In-depth knowledge of Zscaler(ZIA,ZPA and ZDX) FireMon security management, Cisco networking, and Palo Alto Networks security appliances.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Effective communication and leadership abilities.
• Relevant certifications, such as Zscaler certifications, FireMon certifications, Cisco certifications, and Palo Alto Networks certifications, are highly desirable.
