Roles and Responsibilities

. Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with the organization's objectives.
.Identify opportunities for process improvement and cost reduction.
.Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate operations staff.

.Implement quality control procedures and oversee quality assurance activities.
.Implement and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure operational performance.
.Use data and analytics to make informed decisions.
.Monitor customer feedback and address issues promptly.
.Implement strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.
.Prepare regular reports for senior management on operational performance.
.Provide insights and recommendations for improvement.

Skills :

  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations management, or a related field
  • Proven 12 + years experience in operations management, with a track record of achieving operational efficiency.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Proficiency in using relevant software and tools for operations management
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
