Role Overview:
Lead Corporate Relations and Placements at upGrad Campus will play a pivotal role in establishing and fostering relationships with corporate partners to facilitate the placement of upGrad Campus learners. This position requires a strategic and results-oriented professional who can drive placement initiatives, build strong connections with industry leaders, and ensure the successful transition of learners into the workforce.
Key Responsibilities:
Corporate Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key corporate partners, industry leaders, and recruiters to understand their hiring needs.
- Collaborate with corporate representatives to create tailored placement opportunities for upGrad Campus learners.
Placement Strategy:
- Design and implement a comprehensive placement strategy that aligns with the career goals of upGrad Campus learners.
- Analyze industry trends and market demands to stay ahead of the curve in designing effective placement programs.
Learner Engagement:
- Work closely with upGrad Campus learners to understand their career aspirations and provide guidance on skill development and industry requirements.
- Conduct workshops, webinars, and networking events to enhance learners' employability.
Placement Process Management:
- Oversee the end-to-end placement process, including resume building, interview preparation, and job placement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure learners receive the necessary support for successful placements.
Performance Tracking:
- Implement systems to track and measure placement success rates, learner satisfaction, and feedback from corporate partners.
- Analyze data to continuously improve and optimize the placement process.
Qualifications and Experience:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; a master's degree or MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in Corporate Relations, placements, or talent acquisition, with a focus on the Education Sector.
- Strong network within the industry and a track record of successful corporate partnerships.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
