To prepare and releases in time and with full accuracy of tasks related to Material / Vendor / Customer / Cost Center / GL Master Data
- To continuously seek out better ways of performing the processes and support process improvement initiatives
- To successfully perform other assigned Analytics functions under the directions
- To ensure standard procedures and work instructions followed and timely reviewed for improvement ideas
- To co-ordinate and establish analytics culture with cluster managers

Essential Functions
Essential Function 1: Receivables Operation Management
- Understand and apply MDM processes, policies, procedures and internal control standards
- Monitor timely and in accurate provisioning of master data requests. Drive the implementation of corrective actions
- Handling client queries and escalations, ensuring feedback to client queries within agreed turnaround time
- Timely monitoring data quality and implement correctve checks in SAP.
- Monitor and manage capacities and drive for productivity by contineous improvement ideas and implementation
- Perform daily activities on a professional level to improve the MDM KPI results
- Participate in daily team briefing/ weekly team meetings
Essential Function 2: End-to-End process improvements
- Implementation of quality / continuous improvement projects
- Support process improvements initiatives and related projects
Essential Function 3: Relationship Management
- Maintain positive work relationships with all stakeholders
- Assist in establishing and maintaining strong, collaborative relationships with internal and external customers and ensure customer satisfaction.
Education
- BE- IT, MBA, MCA, Other Competitive Degree. English is must/ Desirable other foreign European languages
Business Experiece
Essential : Over 2 years of experience in Master Data Management area and adequate process knowledge in SAP.
