Job Description:
We are having an urgent opening for the position of Assistant to the CEO (Intern) for a reputed company at the (Gurugram) location.
Job brief :
We are looking for a responsible Assistant to the CEO to provide personalized secretarial and administrative support in a well-organized and timely manner. You will work on a one-to-one basis on a variety of tasks related to the CEO’s working life and communication.
Key Responsibilities :
- Acting as the point of contact between the CEO and others.
- Screening and directing meetings and distributing correspondence
- Handling requests and queries appropriately
- Manage diary and schedule meetings and appointments
- Make travel arrangements
- Take dictation and minutes
- Produce reports, presentations, and briefs
- Devise and maintain an office filing system
- Maintaining trackers for follow-up.
Gender: Male/Female
Stipend: 15,000 (after 6 Months will absorb as full-time employment)
Internship Period: 6 Months
Working Days: Mon to Sat(Sat WFH)
Working Hours: 9:30 AM to 6 PM
Skills Required :
- MS Office and English proficiency
- Outstanding organizational and time management skills
- Up to date with the latest office gadgets and applications
- Freshers with 6-month experience are also welcome.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Discretion and confidentiality
- Bcom/BBA graduate preferred
