The Assistant Restaurant Manager will be responsible for the effective operation and performance of the restaurant, including staff management, customer service, inventory management, and financial reporting. The Assistant Restaurant Manager will also work on strategizing and collaborating with other departments to develop new promotions and ideas that best fit the goals of the company. QualificationsAt least 3 years of experience in a supervisory role in the restaurant industryExcellent communication, organizational, and leadership skillsStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyDemonstrated knowledge of and experience with industry-specific software and equipmentA Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred
