Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist the Restaurant Manager in overseeing the daily operations of the restaurant
- Ensure excellent customer service and address customer complaints or concerns
- Maintain high standards of hygiene and cleanliness in the restaurant
- Manage and motivate the restaurant staff to deliver exceptional service
- Monitor and control the inventory, including ordering supplies and managing stock levels
- Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales
- Train and mentor new employees
- Prepare reports on sales, budget, and employee performance
- Work closely with the Restaurant Manager to achieve financial targets and operational goals
