Seeking a sales professional for the position of Associate Manager/Manager in Digital Ad Sales who have 3+ years of experience in Digital Advertisement sales to b2b/corporates in Media Industry . In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing revenue growth by advocating our Digital Advertising solutions/ad space to corporate clients in the Gurgaon/NCR Delhi/North Indian Market and strong connect with media agencies.

Responsibilities:
1. Plan and make moves to hit sales targets for Digital Ads in the North region.
2. Build and keep solid connections with clients, agencies, and partners to bring them back for more and keep them happy.
3. Spot fresh business chances and team up with the marketing crew to create special ad solutions.
4. Stay in the loop about what's hot in the industry and what competitors are up to-helping us stay on top.
5. Create and pitch winning sales proposals and presentations to potential clients.
6. Work closely with different teams to make sure ad campaigns are a hit and delivered smoothly.
Requirements:
- A killer record of 4 to 6 years in selling Digital Ads in North India.
- Good grip on Digital Ad platforms, industry trends, and best practices.
- Talk the talk with top-notch written and spoken communication skills.
- A degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Superb negotiation skills to keep those business relationships strong.
- A go-getter attitude, self-motivated, and cool with working alone or as part of a team.
