- He will collaborate with various departments, regulatory authorities, and stakeholders to achieve operational excellence and enhance customer experience
- Provide strategic direction and leadership for the overall organisation operation
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance employee productivity and satisfaction.
- Oversee workforce planning, training, and development programs to maintain a skilled and motivated workforce
- Oversee the maintenance and management of organisation facilities and other infrastructure.
- Develop and manage the annual budget for operations.
- Optimize resource allocation to maximize efficiency while maintaining high operational standards.
