We're looking for someone with deep understanding of US travel claims processing / travel industry & responsible for handling travel claims of Medical Treatment/hospitalization, Trip Cancellation, Baggage/Personal Items loss etc
End to end knowledge of Travel claim lifecycle, identify duplicate/ inappropriate Claims and take actions accordingly
Responsible to handle varied volumes of workloads and to reach targets and deadlines on a timely basis
Experience of handling new transitions, phasing from strategic assessment till operations set up with zero surprise delivery
Ability to build positive collaborations across business and technical communities
Participates on improvement in execution initiatives for business divisions
Develop contingency strategies and plans for staffing changes
Comprehension, decision making, multi-tasking, strong written communication and customer service skill/demeanor to clearly articulate the resolution
US working hours and it is permanent night shift (7 PM to 4 AM IST)
There is no fixed Saturday and Sunday offs and there is 5 day working culture with weekend working
Minimum qualifications
Any Graduate except technical
Excellent P&C Insurance knowledge
Proven experience in domain
Excellent analytical skills
Ability to multi task and prioritize activities
Ability to work independently
Transition and operations set up experience
Experience of front ending with customer
