About the team
Front Arena is an industrial strength, web-enabled, highly scalable middle and back office, settlement and accounting system supporting organizations in the Capital Markets sector. The Front Arena team within the Capital Market Business line administer the Front Arena’s production systems and are responsible for ensuring that these systems are always available. The successful candidate will work within a Global Team to ensure Production Environments Availability and Compliance across all Environments, Also define monitors and alerts across platforms and insure regular tuning and review. Additionally, the candidate will manage application releases into all Production Environments according to the Change Management process
What you will be doing
- Provide technical support for issues related to clients hosted environments for FIS CATR.
- Deploy product upgrades/Patches on the clients Production environment
- Perform root cause analysis for production issues
- Coordination between different teams during a production incident / Client On-Boarding
- Design procedures for implementation, system troubleshooting and maintenance.
- Develop scripts to automate repetitive tasks, issues resolution scripting.
- 3 to 4 years of experience in similar Job position.
- Work on APAC/EMEA/US shifts and require weekend availability for frequent changes on the system.
What you bring:
Essential Experience:
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Experience of supporting live systems or other experience of working with and troubleshooting software in a business setting
Desirable Experience:
- Financial markets knowledge
- Experience of multi-server distributed systems
Essential TechnicalSkills:
- At least 3-5 years in experience Application Support – Citrix,Windows
- Citrix,
- Windows Admin with Active Directory Experience,
- Ansible, experience in deployment using Ansible
- Control-M Jobs Scheduling tool
- SCAPM/Nagios Monitoring tool Experience.
- 3rd party tools Management
- SNOW Ticketing Tool
- Worked on/with System and Application Monitoring tool.
Qualifications:
- Computer Engineering Degree or equivalent professional experience.
Competencies:
Strong communication skills, client focus, planning, prioritizing and organization of work, team work and adaptability.
