Summary: As an Application Support Engineer, you will be responsible for identifying and solving issues within multiple components of critical business systems using ServiceNow IT Service Management. Your typical day will involve providing dynamic service and acting as software detectives to ensure smooth functioning of the systems. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide technical support for critical business systems using ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Identify and solve issues within multiple components of the systems. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth functioning of the systems. - Develop and maintain technical documentation for the systems. - Participate in the design and implementation of new systems and upgrades. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in ServiceNow IT Service Management. - Good To Have Skills: Experience in ServiceNow IT Operations Management. - Experience in providing technical support for critical business systems. - Strong understanding of ITIL processes. - Experience in developing and maintaining technical documentation. - Experience in participating in the design and implementation of new systems and upgrades.
