Project Role : Application Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description : Act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. Dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world class systems running. Can accurately define a client issue and can interpret and design a resolution based on deep product knowledge.
Must have skills : Critical Incident Management
Good to have skills : Infrastructure Service Management, Cloud Based Service Management Process Design
Minimum 3 year(s) of experience is required
Educational Qualification : ITIL V3V4 Intermediate certified Strong knowledge of all ITSM processes Any Graduation
Summary: As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for acting as the interface between the client and the system or application. Your typical day will involve using exceptional communication skills to keep world-class systems running and accurately defining client issues to design and interpret resolutions based on deep product knowledge. Roles & Responsibilities: - Provide critical incident management support to clients, ensuring timely resolution of issues and minimizing business impact. - Act as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining exceptional communication skills to keep world-class systems running. - Interpret and design resolutions for client issues based on deep product knowledge, ensuring accurate definition of the problem. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely resolution of issues, utilizing expertise in cloud-based service management process design and infrastructure service management. Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Strong experience in critical incident management. - Good To Have Skills: Expertise in cloud-based service management process design and infrastructure service management. - Solid understanding of IT service management principles and practices. - Experience in managing and resolving critical incidents, ensuring timely resolution and minimizing business impact. - Excellent communication skills, with the ability to accurately define client issues and interpret and design resolutions based on deep product knowledge. Additional Information: - The candidate should have a minimum of 3 years of experience in critical incident management. - The ideal candidate will possess a strong educational background in information technology operations, with a proven track record of delivering impactful data-driven solutions. - This position is based at our Noida office.ITIL V3V4 Intermediate certified Strong knowledge of all ITSM processes Any Graduation
