Responsible for ensuring the adherence of KYC documents as per the guidelines by the companyGood written & verbal communication skillsAbility to work under tight deadlinesResponsible for empanelment of channel and acquiring the customers for Home Loan from open market and developer relationshipsResponsible for Smooth functioning of the lending process at various stages such as inquiry, application, verification, pre sanction processing of loan, sanction, post sanction documentation, disbursement of loan, collection, new and existing customer serviceAbility to liaison & follow up with customers, channels and internal stakeholders.Responsible for ensuring the proper completion of the files within timeline as per the company checklistAbility to manage relationships to improve relationship value of existing ClientsExperience in building and maintaining long term relationships, deepening relationship and growing revenues for the organizationAptitude towards delivering high quality customer service with good organizational and interpersonal skillsDecision making skills with strong sense of ownership and ability to work under pressureEnsure compliance with key regulatory and bank level requirements
