Job Title: Customer Relationship Manager

Salary Range: ₹12,000 to ₹15,000 per month

Work Hours: 09:00 AM to 06:00 PM

Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Relationship Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling customer orders efficiently and ensuring a smooth delivery process.

Responsibilities:

Receive and process orders from customers via phone calls.

Maintain strong relationships with customers, addressing their inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.

Coordinate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate delivery of orders.

Create delivery routes to optimize efficiency and minimize delays.

Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions or escalate issues as needed.

Keep accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Work closely with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction and retention.

Requirements:

Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with customers.

Proven experience in customer service or a related field.

Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Proficiency in using computer systems and customer management software.

Problem-solving skills and the ability to think critically under pressure.

Flexibility to work occasional evenings or weekends as required.
