Infra Tech Support Practitioner
Project Role Description :
Provide ongoing technical support and maintenance of production and development systems and software products (both remote and onsite) and for configured services running on various platforms (operating within a defined operating model and processes). Provide hardware/software support and implement technology at the operating system-level across all server and network areas, and for particular software solutions/vendors/brands. Work includes L1 and L2/ basic and intermediate level troubleshooting.

Key Reponsibilities :
Minimum 7-9 years of experience in VMware Admin Nutanix administration an added advantage Troubleshooting of ESXi,UCS,VCSA,vRO configurations for Virtual Infra,VMWare clusters on commodity hardware,using pod and rack concepts,failed reboot servers through ILO Monitor malfunction of hardware of servers, Coordinate with team as and when there is an issue Knowledge of VMware Admin,manage version of ESXi,vcenter,Cisco UCS,HP Dell hardware issues,Python,Powershell and VROPS 24x7 Shift Rotation
