Analyst (CRM CoE) – Sales Effectiveness Responsibilities 1. Driving CRM initiatives and execution of campaign across key features and process changes 2. Drive training and communication for new users onboarding, improve users adoption 3. Help drive improvement in CRM data, CSG satisfaction score and pipeline indicators 4. Conducting CRM driven reviews with segments and enabling them for same 5. Interface with relevant stakeholders for CRM systems 6. Manage CRM data operations through BPO process specialist team for accuracy and correctness 7. Ensuring compliance on process changes, tools, technologies, applications, products, and initiatives that are rolled out Skills 1. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills 2. Ability to work with large datasets and summarize findings to provide insights 3. Exceptional communication skills, and ability to effectively interact at all levels of the sales organization 4. Process oriented: Demonstrable experience defining and optimizing sales processes across different global regions, industries 5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office software products, including PowerPoint, Excel, Word and experience with statistical packages such as Power BI, SAS etc.
