Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve revenue and profit targets in Kerala.
- Lead a team of sales and marketing professionals to drive sales and customer acquisition in the region.
- Identify new business opportunities and develop partnerships to expand our presence in Kerala.
- Monitor market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for growth and development.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as operations, finance, and HR, to ensure smooth operations in Kerala.
- Analyze and report on key performance indicators to senior management.
- Candidate should know how Profit and Loss ( P&L) works
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, BTech or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum 2 years experience.
- Edtech experience preferable.
- Proven track record of exceeding business growth targets and achieving profitability.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
- Kerala State exam knowledge will be an added advantage.
