We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales Manager to join our Production House team. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to drive revenue growth, cultivate client relationships, and expand market presence within the film and television production industry.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets.
2. Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and relationship-building.
3. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
4. Lead the sales team by setting clear goals, providing mentorship, and monitoring performance to drive productivity and accountability.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including production, marketing, and finance to ensure seamless execution of projects and initiatives.
6. Analyze sales data and market trends to identify areas for growth and optimization, adjusting strategies as needed.
7. Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients, showcasing the Production House's capabilities and value proposition.
8. Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring favorable terms and conditions for both parties.
9. Stay abreast of industry developments, competitor activities, and emerging trends to inform sales strategies and maintain a competitive edge.
10. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows to promote brand visibility and network with key stakeholders
Qualifications:
1. Proven track record of success in sales management, preferably within the film or television production industry.
2. Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
3. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
4. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a focus on driving revenue growth.
5. Proficiency in sales CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
6. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
7. Flexibility to travel as needed for client meetings and industry events
