Position: Account Manager - Supply Chain Finance
Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai

What you will work on:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key anchor clients in the Supply Chain.
- Act as the primary point of contact for anchor clients, addressing any queries or concerns promptly.
- Monitor the performance of the Supply Chain financing portfolio.
- Implement strategies to optimize the portfolio's profitability.
- Guide vendors through the on boarding process.
- Collaborate with internal teams to expedite the on boarding process
- Engage in cold calling, networking, and attending industry events to generate leads.
- Convert leads into active clients by showcasing the benefits and advantages.
- Work closely with lending partners to understand their financing products and align them with the needs of the Supply Chain clients.
- Collaborate with lending partners to streamline processes, including documentation and underwriting Liaise with the Credit team to assess the creditworthiness of clients to determine appropriate financing terms.
- Collaborate with Operations to ensure smooth and efficient processing of financing requests.
- Maintain a positive and productive relationship with channel partners to obtain quality leads.
- Prepare monthly reports on the performance of the Supply Chain financing portfolio, including key metrics and trends..
- Provide insights and analysis on portfolio performance to facilitate data-driven decision-making.
- Collaborate with the Product team to provide feedback on the Supply Chain financing platform's user experience.
- Identify process inefficiencies and propose solutions to streamline operations and reduce turnaround times.

- Ensure timely and accurate responses to client Inquiries.
- Work with the Operations team to enhance the efficiency of financing processes and improve the overall client experience.
- Participate in team meetings, sharing insights and knowledge with colleagues to foster a collaborative work environment.
Qualification and Experience:
- 5+ years of relevant experience in NBFC and Lending space
- Prior experience in Corporate Relationship Management with a lending entity
- Prior experience in Supply Chain Finance products
