Role Purpose
- Develop and maintain relationships with corporate clients, drive sales revenue, and achieve sales targets.
- The role requires a deep understanding of the company's products and services, as well as the needs and challenges of the corporate market.
Key Accountability
- Responsible for managing a portfolio of accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and collaborating with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Manage and grow sales within assigned corporate accounts, including developing and implementing sales strategies, building strong relationships with key stakeholders, and identifying new business opportunities.
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits and features of our products and services.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience, from initial inquiry through to post-sale support.
- Prepare proposals and negotiate contracts with clients, ensuring that terms and conditions are in line with company policies and guidelines.
- Work closely with the Regional Sales manager to develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets.
- Keep up-to-date with market trends and competitor activities, providing regular feedback and insights to the Regional Sales manager.
- Manage a sales pipeline and provide regular updates to the Regional Sales manager on progress and opportunities.
- Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients, responding to inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
Qualifications & Working Experience
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field with minimum of 5 years of experience in Corporate Sales, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets.
