Zonal/Regional HRBP - Financial Services
We are looking for a HR Business Partner to oversee West Region/Zone
MBA in HR currently working as a Zonal /Regional HRBP either in Insurance, Bank, NBFC or Retail Broking
Responsibilities :
- HR Business Partnering with focus on on end result expressed in Business Volumes, Value, Productivity, Attrition, Engagement & Development
- Work with National HRBP is area of Manpower Planning & Budgeting.
- Manage all critical Talent acquisition requirements in Zone/Region as well as branches.
- Analyze trends and metrics on Hiring, Attrition, Performance, Productivity.
- Resolve employee relations issues and address grievances
- Work closely with Zonal/Regional Head & National Heads to improve hiring, stem attrition, reward & recognize talent, improve work relationships, build morale and increase productivity and retention and support growth of business in the Zone
- Provide HR policy guidance in the Zone/Region
- Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning
- Drive the Annual Performance management .
- Drive Training & Learning Programs. Support the National HRBP in driving the development agenda for the Zone/Region
(Job would involve Travel to various locations across the Zone/Region)
