Objective of this Role
Making and executing business plans and strategies & Business Development/Achieving the numbers/developing luminaries / keeping up the relationship with customers & prospects for MRI/DR and other Radiological products dealt by the company. Keeping up to date about the market & products dealt. Quarter by quarter performance of the targets set.
Job Description:
- To meet set goals and develop new market & business through direct & dealers.
- Making and executing business plans and strategies & Business Development.
- Achieving the numbers/developing luminaries / keeping up the relationship with customers & prospects for MRI/DR and other Radiological products dealt by the company.
- Keeping up to date about the market & products dealt.
- Quarter by quarter performance of the targets set.
- Meeting Key customers for developing MRI & DR business in the region.
- Meeting Key Luminaries in the region to promote our Brand and products.
- Minimum 3 Luminaries in every state.
- Making Direct sales Calls and identifying prospects and making daily sales report.
- Arranging for Demo if any required for the customers.
- Following up of prospects and closing orders and Payment collections.
- Following up of installations and coordinating between internal teams and support for timely execution of the projects.
- Meeting Targets as per set goals by the Management.
- Market information like Competitor strategies maintaining order loss statements.
- Maintaining Prospects for achieving 1:5 conversion ratio / Mentoring team & dealers.
Job Specification:
- Graduate Engineer / Graduate with Radiology Medical equipment selling experience of above 6-12 years (preferably CT & MRI).
- Hi end Radiology equipment selling preferably CT & MRI with above 5 years of experience
- Graduate Engineer/Graduate with Radiology equipment (preferably CT & MRI) selling experience.
- Strong communication knowledge / Sales Objection Handling skills.
- Customer relationship & good team player with best managerial skill.
- Product Knowledge or equivalent selling experience / Area Knowledge.
- Should be willing to travel extensively.
