The role is part of a team with varied strengths and located in multiple geographical locations, that supports a seamless network of systems and services to enable our People function and line management colleagues to be as self-sufficient as possible by integrating databases, automated workflow systems, intranets, and other technologies with key HR processes. Responsible for delivering day to day People Technology systems service delivery activities in support of policies and practices. This role will provide support to the regional, global People function and to special projects as directed.
- Provide Level3 support on People Technology applications primarily focusing on Workday with high customer delight.
- Partner, collaborate with broader team to identity opportunities to improve level3 support processes to reduce support requests.
- Handle Workday Organization maintenance requests accurately and timely manner.
- Provide Workday Mass Upload (EIB) support by working closely with People data governance & team.
- Complete Workday Bi-Annual release regression testing accurately and in a timely manner.
- Complete ADHOC Project, Solution improvement testing in collaboration with wider team.
- Provide timely testing feedback and participate in discovery sessions.
- Leverage Workday Community, Resource Centre to upskill and to contribute towards solution in partnership with senior members of People Technology operations team.
- Ability to analyse the large data sets and be able to present the analysis to help the solution design discovery.
- Participate in BAU system improvement configuration requests and in ADHOC Projects.
- Communicate effectively with internal customers and key partners at all levels.
