    Cybersecurity is part of Wells Fargo's Technology organization. Through a framework that addresses policy, process, operations, people, and technology, IS protects our infrastructure, company data, and customer assets while ensuring alignment with applicable regulations and laws.
    About the Role:
    Our Cyber Security team is looking for Senior Information Security Analyst to join our Data Loss Prevention Team. The analyst will support our Advanced DLP Services team in overseeing existing and upcoming new initiatives through governance and reporting. Conduct thematic risk analysis, creation and maintenance of governance processes and support cloud strategies. This role will involve creation and reporting of governance key metrics to the leadership team the GRC context.
    Responsibilities:
  • Assist in the development and delivery of data loss prevention governance processes, policies and procedures.
  • Conduct risk analysis and assessment for DLP-related risks in the organization's overall Governance Risk and Issues (GRC) strategy.
  • Regularly reviewing and maintaining data loss prevention governance processes, ensuring documentation is up to date.
  • Work closely with GRC teams and Enterprise processes to integrate DLP risk considerations.
  • Support the development of metrics and key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of data loss prevention within the GRC context.
  • Become an advocate for DLP risks and requirements through collaboration with various stakeholders to support strategies such as Cloud, SaaS and Web and Email Security
  • Manage and upkeep end-to-end views of DLP from channels of exfiltration (Web, Email, Endpoint)
  • Identifies security risks to the organization and ensures that appropriate data security procedures and products are implemented.
  • Maintains an awareness of bank security policies and government regulations pertaining to Information Security.
  • Provide support to projects that enhance reporting, workflow, change or problem management.
  • Influence stakeholders to prioritize and execute risk management initiatives and drive remediation of process and technology gaps.
  • Communicating security issues to a wide variety of internal key stakeholders to include technical teams, executives, risk groups
  • Foster and maintain relationships with key stakeholders and business partners both regionally and globally
  • Essential Qualifications
  • A Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Engineering and/or other related discipline or equivalent experience
  • 6+ years of progressive experience in Information Security domain
  • 3+ years' experience in risk management and compliance reporting
  • Strong experience in developing process/procedures and reports for senior leadership team.
  • Proven experience in internal audits, evidence preparation and gathering
  • Knowledge and understanding Cloud Solutions like GCP & Azure
  • Ability to prioritize work, meet deadlines, achieve goals, and work under pressure in a dynamic and complex environment.
  • Knowledge on industry cybersecurity standard frameworks (e.g. NIST)
  • Strong hands-on skill with MS Excel, Power point and project management tools
  • Excellent communication and documentation skills with good attention to detail
  • Desired Qualifications
  • Industry recognized certifications like CompTIA Security + or any other Security related certifications
