- Effective & timely implementation of GTM strategy, Robust filed force monitoring system, people management and relationship Management
- Managing complete business cycle in assigned Zone from for business development and customer acquisition to payment collection.
- Responsible for implementing effective sales monitoring system, daily, weekly, monthly target achievement & business review (sales, Coverage and Fill rate)
- Accomplishing Regional Sales human resource objectives by orienting, training, assigning, scheduling, coaching, counselling, and disciplining employees in assigned districts
