Profile:
State Head Profile (Individual Role) Handling Revenue Stream for Agency Sales Channel and to achieve Revenue Stream Targets ( Eg : Annualized Premium,Agent Activation etc )
Role Summary:
- Drive All Revenue Stream Projects in field for Agency Channel, Eg - ECM (existing customer management) S2S (Service to Sales) BI (Business Insurance) NRI (Non-Resident Indians), HNI, Women, Silver & SP (Single Premium/Annuity - National Pension Scheme)
- Communicate About Revenue Stream Opportunity, Training to be done for Distributors & Employees, Track activities, Governance- Provide update to Region Head & Zonal Head on the progress, Provide Field Support through - JFW (F2F /Digital)
- Collaborating with stakeholders (Agency Distributors & Employees) in Region/State to align activities & maximize efficiency to ensure all revenue stream targets are met.
- Travel across branches in the Region/State to drive Revenue Streams
