We provide technology and services to solar businesses to supercharge their growth. Our integrated platform is used by 100+ solar installers to order various services. Five out of the top 10 residential solar companies are our customers. We started in 2019 and have bootstrapped to millions of dollars in revenue already and are going 300% y-o-y.

Job Responsibilities:
- Strategic Planning: Develop and execute HR strategies and initiatives that align with the organization's overall goals and objectives, with a specific focus on the COE's area of expertise.
- Process Improvement: Continuously assess and improve HR processes and practices within to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
- Talent Management: Oversee talent acquisition, development, and retention efforts including recruitment strategies and succession planning.
- Training and Development: Ensure proper training and Development programs in an organisation for the overall growth of the employees.
- Performance Management: Create and manage end to end performance management for the entire organisation by conducting regular performance evaluation of individual employees to measure their progress towards meeting goals and achieving objectives
- Data Analysis: Use data and analytics to make data-driven decisions and to provide insights and recommendations to the organization regarding HR-related matters within the COE.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other HR leads, department heads, and senior management to ensure that the COE's HR functions support the organization's overall goals and strategies
Required skills :
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and management skills to effectively lead a team and drive results.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically and align HR initiatives with the organization's strategic goals.
- Change Management: Experience in managing and leading change initiatives within the HR context.
- Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving skills to address complex HR challenges.
