Dynamisers.com are seeking an HR Intern to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will assist with various HR-related tasks, including recruiting and hiring, social media and job portal management, and office administrative duties. The HR Intern will play a crucial role in building relationships with potential candidates and ensuring a smooth hiring process.
Learning Roles and Responsibilities
- Assist with the recruitment and hiring process, including posting job advertisements, screening resumes, and scheduling interviews
- Manage and update the company's presence on various social media and job portals
- Maintain accurate records and track the status of candidates in the hiring process
- Provide administrative support to the HR team, including data entry, filing, and preparing reports
- Establish and maintain relationships with potential candidates and other stakeholders
- Represent the company in a professional and positive manner
Requirements
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Attention to detail and strong organizational skills
- Passion for human resources and a desire to learn and grow in the field
- Internship duration: 3 Months - 6 Months
