Merchandising is a key functions within Tira. You are the Tira brand's custodian in our stores and are responsible for flawless execution to create a retail environment that provides a superior consumer experience through market-leading VM expertise at par with the best global beauty standards.
Mission:
Visual Merchandising & planograming
Designing and Developing Visual Merchandising concepts for Tira, Tira own brands and listed brands/brand partners.
Prepare detail design dockets for execution, generating sketches/3D renders of visual displays that meet the store's visual design requirements.
Finalizing designs and creating detailed floor plans for display areas.
Owning key accounts design needs aligned with Tira TOV. Aligning the props, creative materials, and props for displays within Tiras guideline
Proficiency in creating visually captivating VM animations for key in-store areas. aligned with the VM calendar.
Extensive experience in developing Merchandising Standards Excellence and SOPs tailored for Brands and Tira NSO.
Auditing the SOPs instores for ensuring standards
Expertise in curating and managing a comprehensive Merchandising Asset bank Database.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively with B&M, Offline, Own Brands, Marketing, and Creative teams to ensure seamless alignment on visual initiatives.
Strong capability to adapt global VM concepts and translate them into market-leading actionable designs.
Demonstrated skill in managing and reporting the utilization of Merchandising budgets on a monthly basis.
Proven track record in delivering training sessions on merchandising for BA's and regional VM teams, fostering team engagement.
Comfortable working under tight timelines, adept at providing professional design briefs to agencies.
Experience in driving quality and cost benchmarking, as well as collaborating with suppliers alongside VM Execution and procurement teams.
Proven ability to collaborate effectively on exclusive PopUp's.
Qualifications & Competencies:
Experience in beauty/luxury/FMCG and large format multi-brand environment preferred.
Degree in architecture, retail design, Visual Merchandising from top institutes.
Min. 10 years of experience in Visual Merchandising/Retail Design/Projects .
Degree/Masters in design from NID,NIFT, Intuit Lab or equivalent.
Must have experience of planograming and presentations
Proficient in MS Office, Adobe C suite
Clear communication skills to build strong relationships within a team and external partners
Demonstrate budgeting and cost control expertise.
Structured and methodological. High affinity and \"eye\" for beauty category.
