About L&T SuFin L&T SuFin is a B2B Ecommerce Platform which will leverage L&T’s deep knowledge and capabilities in Procurement (through its huge volume of annual procurement) and Logistics, Financing, and IT solutions. This platform is essentially a digital marketplace for SME buyers and sellers (mainly focused on construction and industrial products & services) to connect in an efficient manner, thereby enabling sellers to expand their sales reach, and for buyers to find required products and services at optimal cost and quality. Desired Profile • Position Type: On Company Rolls • Qualification: MBA Marketing (Preferred) / Any Graduate • Work Location: SuFin Head Office - BKC • Experience: 5-7 years in a sales role of which a minimum 4 years have been in a Team Leader/ supervisory profile • Preferred Candidates who have been in a Senior Relationship Manager/ Supervisory role in B2B eCommerce organisations • Role: Team Leader Key Responsibilities • Lead generation and qualification: Effectively managing all outbound calling campaigns, gathering information from the team on high potential leads & further cultivating them for business maximisation • Meeting or exceeding Team sales targets: Working towards and achieving monthly sales targets and objectives, by using available metrics and data to evaluate performance and drive sales success. • Product knowledge: Keeping up to date with the company's products and services, as well as the competition, to provide informed and effective sales pitches • Team collaboration: Collaborating with sales team members, management, and other departments to exchange information and work towards common goals • Sales process improvement: Continuously seeking ways to improve the sales process and customer experience and providing feedback to management on potential changes.
