- Educational Qualification (link removed) or (link removed) or CA Inter or CA or MBA or ICWA
- Relevant Experience
- 5 Years or more in core US Accounting process or similar domain is a must.
- Good working knowledge of US Accounting, taxation, Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable processes.
- Should have atleast 3 years' experience in KPO/ BPO or Process Industry
- Job Role & Responsibilities
- Managing Client Portfolio and leading Account Managers team for execution of Client Engagement
- Ensuring that team is performing with desired accuracy levels
- Monthly closing of books of accountsMonthly analysis of BS and P and L Statement
- Designing Management Reports for clients and training team on execution
- Managing client communication and satisfactionHandling client escalations
- Develop staff by managing performance, setting goals, providing ongoing training, and maintaining strong employee relationships.
- Periodic review meetings with management

- Fluent written and verbal English communication is a must
- Ability and willingness to handle multiple clients.
- Prior experience of handling team of 5 or more staff members.
- Good hands on MS Office and different Accounting Software-
- QuickBooks
- Good knowledge of various US Processes and handle transition and work on process improvements.Prior experience of creating and implementing SOPs.
