AddressVP - Zonal Credit Manager
- Responsible for business and portfolio performance for the zone for multiple products -predominantly
- Home loan and LAP. Should have experience in managing high Ticket HL & LAP loans.
- Product covered will include all ticket size ranging from Affordable home loan, Small and Mirco LAP, prime Home loan and prime LAP.
- Co-partner with business team to achieve projected business targets.
- Lead a team of credit approvers and supervisors to ensure building quality portfolio and manage delinquencies.
- Setting up & monitoring process related to vendor management, PDD management, credit staffing, security creation etc for the region
- Good Knowledge of Team handling and multiple states handling Experience
- Ensure that agreed turnaround times are honoured for all applications.
- Track deviations and any correlation between deviations and delinquencies
- Monitoring of the portfolio, analysis of delinquent cases, profiling of customers, data cuts and highlight any early warning signals
- Liaison with other industry players including financiers, legal vendors, technical vendors etc to understand the market behaviour.
- Coordination with external agencies (Legal, technical, PD, CPV Agency).
- Collection of Early delinquent cases, in co-ordination with Sales team.
- Arrange training of Credit Manager / RO / BM on credit scrutiny, latest changes in KYC/other regulatory requirements, process adherence etc.,
- Ensure Audit compliance in the region.
