Job Responsibility:
- Help partners drive higher levels of discovery of the company's offers by platform users through a variety of approaches, including but not limited to: serving tailored and contextual offers, implementing a systematic A/B testing framework and governance process, and using other market-leading best practice techniques and technology solutions
- Managing in-funnel communications to maximize conversions
- Represent the Marketing function - strategy, activities, performance KPIs, etc. - across senior leadership forums (examples: monthly leadership calls, town halls)
- Develop and implement a cohesive team & (b2b2c) marketing strategy to drive continued company growth
- Manage open-market / organic customers that come to company directly.
Desired characteristics:
- 9-16 years' experience in marketing / growth / managing partnerships, ideally in a fintech or b2b2c ecosystem (or comparable)
- Proven, tangible examples of activities and results across all areas described in the section above, including strategy development and team management
- Proven ability to synthesize data, generate insights/hypotheses, and drive a 'test & learn' approach, to improve marketing results at pace - while bringing stakeholders along
- High on accountability and ownership and an entrepreneurial mindset is a plus.
- Current experience building marketing capabilities for internet platforms/embedded finance providers, ideally with early-stage, tech-enabled organization(s)
