Trade Reboot is seeking an experienced Vice President of Business Development to lead a team selling bank/NBFC partners' Trade Finance products. As a key member of our leadership team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of global trade.

Qualifications:
- 2-5 years of success in Sales of Trade Finance products, especially in Factoring
- Strong network of importer/exporter customers that you can bring to Trade Reboot
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
Key Responsibilities :
As the VP - BD, you will lead a team and take ownership of the following responsibilities:
- Strategic Leadership: Develop and execute strategies to exceed sales targets, expand market share, and drive overall growth
- Team Management: Lead and mentor a team of BD professionals, ensuring their success and development
- Client Relationships: Leverage your extensive network to establish and nurture client partnerships
- Market Insights: Share valuable market insights with cross-functional teams to enhance our offerings
- Sales Execution: Identify and pursue new business opportunities through cold calling and in-person meetings to generate demand
