Job Summary:

As a Vice President Accounts Manager you will be seen closely partnering with various stakeholders to lead strategies for sustainable performance, improve enterprise-wide processes and meet business objectives. You will have the responsibility of 200+ specialists and Account Managers (manager of managers) supporting various work products and output.

We are looking for individuals with a passion for managing the efforts of others and possessing Leadership, Customer Focus, Control, Communication, Analytical and Problem Solving skills

Job Responsibilities:

  • Coach, Develop, and Manage Others: defined by behaviors such as coaching others to help them improve their performance (i.e., coaching people who report to you on how to improve their skills); building the capability of one’s team and staff (i.e., ensuring direct reports have proper training and skills); and identifying and obtaining resources to support work related activities (i.e., assigning the right people to the right tasks; assigning the proper workload to team members).
  • Drive a high performance, inclusive, people-focused, customer-obsessed culture to attract and retain top talent
  • Inspires customer confidence through business knowledge and reliability; initiates and follows through with urgency to deliver solutions; anticipates customer needs with active listening and critical thinking; communicates directly yet with the appropriate level of empathy
  • Partner with different stake holders to identify impacts to Customer experience and strategize on resolving issues for the customers
  • Lead the transformation of the Business with multi-channel experience and training employees to equip them with required resources
  • Establishes and maintains a proper control environment whereby policies, procedures and processes are understood by all associates and are consistently followed. Ensures that appropriate documentation is accurate and in place to enable a clear and auditable trail for all factual information. Holds subordinates accountable for compliance within a controlled environment
  • Being a business partner with ability to manage influence upward and downward within function or cross functionally
  • Having Knowledge of professional discipline and applies knowledge to influence decisions
  • Approach problems logically and with good judgement to ensure the appropriate outcome for customers and the firm, making appropriate decisions quickly and effectively.
  • Executes Flawlessly: Analyze the volume drivers for the business and ensure forecasting and staffing is appropriately positioned for optimum output with proposals to improve operational efficiency, through detailed process improvement analysis
  • Understands broad picture of revenue and expense drivers and influences decisions that impact P&L

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills

  • 10 years of Call Center or other Customer Service Operational management experience
  • Should currently be managing a unit of 200+ specialists/should have relevant experience
  • Experience building strong relationships with internal and external business unit stakeholders to help facilitate successful achievement of goals
  • Ability to create and achieve a desired future state vision through influence on group and individual goals.
  • Strong decision making capabilities and the ability to identify problems and propose solutions
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational, written/verbal communication and presentation skills to senior and executive management
  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required
