HR Analyst - Generalist

RKSV Securities was founded by Ravi Kumar and Shrinivas Viswanath in 2009 and was soon graced by Kavitha Subramanian as the third co-founder in 2016. Backed by Ratan Tata, Upstox had raised $4 million in Series A funding in early 2016 that was led by Kalaari Capital. The Series B funding round scaled multifold and witnessed an investment of $25 million by US-based investment firm - Tiger Global Management in September 2019.
We have a team of highly skilled technology and finance professionals, and are currently looking for highly motivated field experts to be part of our high-energy team.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Manage the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring a seamless and positive experience.
- Handle employee inquiries, concerns, and grievances, and provide guidance to managers and employees in resolving workplace issues.
- Develop and administer performance appraisal programs, coach managers on performance feedback, and assist in talent development.
- Manage employee benefits programs and assist employees with inquiries and claims.
- Stay up-to-date with labour laws and regulations, ensuring the company's policies and practices are in compliance with employment laws.
- Coordinate employee training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.
- Generate and analyse HR metrics and reports to support data-driven decision-making.
- Contribute to the development and maintenance of HR policies and procedures.
- Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR records and personnel files.
- Conduct exit interviews with departing employees to gather feedback, insights, and suggestions. Manage the offboarding process ensuring various compliances are taken into account.
- Coordinate with the Payroll team to ensure smooth payroll processing and resolving payroll related queries.

Requirements & Skills:
- Bachelor's/PG Degree in Human Resources Management or related discipline
- 4+ years' experience in HR functions
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- Possess a high degree of integrity and respect for confidentiality
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Excel, Powerpoint)
- Must be used to working at a fast pace and able to adapt to change quickly
- Comfortable presenting to management on various HR initiatives and training others in HR processes, policies and procedures.
- Ability to understand issues quickly and communicate effectively with employees and management
