Analyst - Fund Operations (3-6 Yrs)

Roles & Responsibilities
1) Ability to onboard investors by interacting with Investment Advisors and investors independently for Fund / AIF as per process & within TAT.
2) Fair and clear understanding of onboarding foreign clients and country risk - FATF standpoint.
3) Managing investor onboarding in the system having verified basis PMLA /AML equivalent requirements.
4) Understanding of scheme bank, wire transfer and custodian arrangements.
5) Ability to upgrade process notes and checklist vis vi regulatory guidelines.
6) Managing post investment deliverables like welcome kit and mid office NAV coordination
7) Fair understanding of capital activity, call notices, Re-KYC to be performed.
8) Awareness on digital onboarding mechanism and systems
9) Team coordination and handling.
10) Quick and versatile learner and ability to work under pressure to meet up client requirements.
