HR Analyst/HR - MIS
Experience: 2-5 years
Responsibilities:
- Analyze HR data, identify trends, and generate insightful reports.
- Manage and optimize HR-MIS for accurate and efficient data handling.
- Collaborate with HR and other departments to streamline processes.
- Ensure data integrity, conduct regular audits, and comply with regulations.
- Create visually appealing dashboards for HR metrics presentation.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, MIS, Data Science, or related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in HR-MIS and data analysis.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
