Plant HR Analyst
Your future role
- Ensure availability of maxion (blue collars) and non-maxion employees (NAPS/BOAT/Contract)
- Liaison with local and government authorities
- Support Plant HR Supervisor in harmonious employee relations
- Pulse check for all kind of internal and external potential opportunities and challenges
- Support Plant HR Supervisor in Performance Management of blue collar employees
- Ensuring effective facility administration
- Supporting as an auditee for all statutory and customer audits
- Lead Improvement projects in respective area for effective HR management
Your profile
- Master’s Degree in Human Resources or Social Work or Peronnel Management
- Welfare Officer certification is a plus
- At least 7 years of relevant experience with reputed Mfg. MNC
- A team player with excellent people skills; culturally sensitive and ability to work with cross-cultural teams
- Experience of working in Matrix Organization
- Conflict Management
- Advanced Excel & presentation skills
- Strong analytical and quantitative competencies
- Understands complex concepts and the relationships between issues or problems
- Effectively communicates across organization and is confident in interacting with senior leadership team
- Exposure to SAP and other progressive HR tools
