Job Description :
- We are looking for an organized and data-driven growth marketer who will scale Traya's portfolio. He should be able to manage budgets and campaigns across all digital channels to drive strong return on investment and efficient CAC.
- Should be able to create cross channel and data reports to measure performance of various channels and campaigns. Should be able to allocate and shuffle budgets across campaigns and channels. Identify new experiments and opportunities to test on digital campaigns.
- Should work closely with the content team to give feedback about performing creatives, not performing creatives and decide creative strategy for campaigns. Should be comfortable working in fast paced environments. Own end to end Performance Marketing P&L.
Candidate should be well-versed with the following tools :
- Google Ads
- Facebook Ads Manager
- Google Analytics
- Adavanced Excel
- Moengage / Branch analytics
