- Working with various SaaS tools for Accounting and Inventory Management
- Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure close monitoring and optimising the procurement, replenishment and holding of inventory
- Develop and implement inventory management procedures, including cycle counting and inventory reconciliation; conduct regular audits to verify inventory accuracy and identify obsolete or slow-moving items
- Assist Head of Department with new strategy implementation; lead and manage special projects and initiatives on behalf of the CFO, overseeing all aspects from inception to execution
- Act as a liaison between the CFO and other members of the executive team, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution of action items
- Conduct research and gather information on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging opportunities to inform strategic decision-making
- Prepare and present financial reports, including inventory ledger
- Collaborate with internal departments to resolve accounting discrepancies and answer financial-related queries
- Ensure compliance with financial regulations and company policies
