3. Profile: For Executive/ Trainee: Overall branch operations including business sourcing and recovery.

 

4. Eligibility: Preference will be given for experience in HFCs/ Banks/ FIs in Home Loan Any Graduate preferably B Com (necessarily preceded by SSLC (or equivalent) and HSC/ Diploma) with minimum 50% marks from a UGC recognized University. Graduates from Open University will not be considered. Fluency in Marathi (read, write & speak) besides English is a must while working knowledge of Hindi will be an added advantage 

 

a. Eligible candidates of Repco Group of institutions (other than RHFL),NOC from the Competent Authority have to be obtained before applying for the above position.

Early joining will be preferred. Candidates (external) having pending disciplinary action against them at the time of applying for the position of having been punished under disciplinary proceedings in the last 5 years will not be considered eligible. All appointments are subject to satisfactory reference/background verification

 

5. No request for transfer would be considered for a period of 3 years. Candidates terminated by any previous employers are not eligible to apply.

Pay & Perquisites: Monthly Gross Pay including Meal Card starting from Rs.21000/- per month + Variable Performance Incentive & Perquisites as per the extant policy of the Company. However, experienced candidates would be compensated suitably as per market norms and Management discretion, based on prior experience and performance in the selection process.

 

Age not exceeding 25 years as of 01-04-2022, (relaxation generally up to 30 years can be considered based on commensurate, relevant prior experience).
