Job Description:

• Experience with remote desktop applications and help desk support.
• Basic knowledge of ticketing tools (Zendesk)
• Provide technical assistance and support 24X7 for incoming queries and issues.
• Analyze issues, diagnose, and fix bugs when required.
• Work with development team to identify and resolve complex problems.
• Address urgent issues quickly, work within and measure against customer SLAs.
• Proactively monitor production and non-production environments and applications.
• Attention to detail and good problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Excellent Communication Skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills.
• Good written and verbal communication.
• Flexible to work in rotational shifts (including night shift).
